Mindlink Systems

Your call is booked.
Here is how to get the most out of it.

Step 1 · 30 seconds

Accept the calendar invite

The confirmation is already in your inbox. It carries the Google Calendar invite and the Google Meet link for our call.

  1. Open the email from ramzi@mindlinksystems.ai.
  2. Press Yes on the calendar invite so the slot is locked in.
  3. Nothing there? Check spam, then reply to the confirmation and I will resend it.

Step 2: Watch the Video below

Step 3: Come prepared

Questions

Before we speak

Who should be on the call?

You, and anyone who would have to agree before anything changes. Usually that is a partner or whoever runs operations.

How do I join?

Google Meet. The link is in the calendar invite you accepted in step one. No download and no dial-in needed.

Something came up and I need to move it.

Use the reschedule link at the bottom of your confirmation email, or reply to it and I will find another slot. Moving it is fine. Going quiet means the slot sits empty.

Can I send things over beforehand?

Yes. Reply to the confirmation email with anything you want me to look at first — a process doc, a screenshot of your pipeline, a list of the tools you run. I will read it before we speak.

One ask If the time stops working, move it rather than skipping it. A slot held and unused is the one thing I cannot give to someone else.
